This purchase was a disaster.One of the chairs had termite residue and about two slats were hollow.Since it is a set we couldn’t return just the one chair.It took five calls to Amazon and talking to six people at the shipping company, and three weeks to get it picked up.Now I have to wait about five weeks to get my money back.

This table set was a gift for my two-year-old daughter.It took over a month to actually get the shipment which was incorrect.The company accidentally sent two sets of chairs with the table.Soon after receiving the packages, I got a call from a very rude woman insisting that I pay for the second set of chairs or return them IMEDIATELY!I had not opened the package and was told that they would send UPS a return label.When UPS arrived, they said that I had to pay for the shipping (of the chairs the company accidentally sent me).I explained the situation to the driver and he allowed me to just “refuse shipment” and pretend that the box arrived just then.A couple weeks later I got another rude call demanding to know where the chairs were.I explained that they were sent back.On top of all the annoying calls and confusion, the chairs were horrible.My daughter stood on one of them (she weighs 25 lbs) and the legs on one side just buckled.There were gaps in the wood and no way to tighten them well.One of the screw holes on the back of one chair top was too big and the screw never even “caught”.Also, the company could use a new copy machine.The one-page directions that came with the table and chairs were illegible.Luckily, there are pictures and you can kind of tell what you are supposed to do.I would NEVER purchase anything from this company again!

I was really skeptical it might look really cheap in person, but… I was WRONG.So cute goes great complements Pottery Barn bedding and furniture.Seems sturdy too (only 2 days old).Well worth it.I just wish they sold more chairs seperately my 3rd son has already shed many tears that there is not enough chairs!

The chair is a nice alternative to a wooden rocker and can also be used with regular chair legs (included).The fabric is nice and attractive, the seat is very deep though, something to keep in mind for shorter people.

Two different shipments of these were sent to me, both arrived as only a single chair.Not a set of TWO.This happened with the initial purchase and the replacement “set” that amazon sent.I made 5 phone calls to amazon,they kept insisting that it was a set of two.It’s not.It’s one.At least in my case.Now to the chair – from a glance in the box.Never assembled it.One of the chairs was missing two legs.So… if they can get it right and actually send you two chairs, with all of the pieces, great.Please note that there is a big seam up the back of the chair, which I didn’t find terribly attractive.Who wants to look at seams all of the time.I returned both “sets” of chairs.

The Carolina Cottage Camden Blanket Chest in Antique Black was purchased at an excellent price. However, the styrofoam packing used to protect the chest during shipping rubbed the components of the chest during shipping. This created at least 25 long very narrow areas on the chest where the black finish was rubbed off to the bare wood. We purchased the chest to give as a gift and time did not permit returning it. My husband spent over two hours with a fine brush and satin black enamel touching up those areas. This is not something that we expect with quality merchandise.

This chair is comfortable and beautiful. It looks very elegant in my daughter’s nursery but if you are looking for a chair that rocks, this is not the chair for you. I thought maybe it was because it was on carpet, rather than hardwood so we bought a plastic mat to put under it, hoping that would fix the problem but it didn’t do the trick. I like the chair, but disappointed that I can’t rock my child to sleep in it (which is why I bought it in the first place).
